The First Step is Covering Your Basics ~Who is the memorial for? (What names and dates are to be on the memorial?) ~Where will the memorial be placed? (What cemetery) ~Are there any restrictions to what can be done? (What are the cemetery regulations?) The Second Step is Your Family’s Personal Preferences ~Color ~Size, Style, and Budget (shape of the memorial and its overall size) ~Personalization (faith, occupation, or hobbies, etc…) ~Additional Accessories (vases, pictures, lights, etc…) The Third Step is Designing The Memorial ~Schedule a meeting with a Caldwell Family Service Representative ~~At our office; in your home; or via the phone/email (This meeting gives our design team the information that we need to design a personalized memorial) ~Caldwell Design Team will develop your ideas into several memorial options for your consideration (Along with each design you will receive a price quotation) ~Caldwells will present several personalized designs to your family ~~At our office; in your Home; through the Mail; or through the internet ~Select a Presented Design, or request revisions to the presented designs The Fourth and Final Step ~Sign a purchase agreement, and arrange payment for the selected memorial ~Detailed Computerized Design will be presented for Final Approval (Names and Dates must be checked at this time) (This computerized Design MUST be signed to proceed) ~Caldwells will obtain the material and begin the engraving process ~Your memorial will then be installed in the cemetery (You will be contacted when it is complete) “Write your worries in the sand and carve your memories in stone” |
